Reporting Incidents

Thank you for all your messages and signing up to South Wales Listens Messaging Service

Just a quick reminder, as stated in previous messages. this service is for messages only, and not to be used to report incidents.

I have just returned from annual leave, and received incidents reported via message. to South Wales Listens.

Unfortunately, this service is not always monitored, so any reports made, have not been actioned. 

This is still being ignored by some members, which is concerning.

As emphasised previously, please ring 101 at the time of the event.

Please attend one of our many Cuppa with a Copper events which are set up throughout the month.

If you have any suggestions of where you would like us to attend, or a more suitable time, please feel free to let us know.
